Commercial marketing messages must fully comply with all obligations under Ley N°32323. Operators shall preserve complete A2P communication logs for DL1723‑mandated audits. Throttling shall apply to high‑frequency bot‑generated outbound calls; cross‑border traffic via multi‑hop grey routing may receive permanent blocking.
